Paul Boardman<\/a> \u2013 that's me! I started Bold Face because I found it strangely hard to find nicely designed, simple, t-shirts \u2013 and because by working with Teemill to print the products, I can create them without compromising on sustainability and ethics.<\/p>I was also motivated by the chance to create designs which can help raise funds for charities which do fantastic work and need support now more than ever. That's why for every item sold, a percentage of the profits goes towards a range of charities helping to make society fairer and more environmentally-friendly. For designs which are collaborations with charities or other designers, 100% of profits go to a named charity. For all other items, the charities chosen are rotated to allow for a wide range to benefit from any sales.<\/p>
Why 'Bold Face'? Well, Bold Face refers to the typographic term for a bold weight of font \u2013 and of course my aim to create designs which are bold and eye-catching.<\/p>
